Coulter College 2012 |
Coulter College was a Biomedical Innovation boot-camp organized by the Wallace H. Coulter Foundation. The event was hosted at the BMES 2012 conference in Atlanta, GA and was geared for rising seniors and graduate students. Groups were divided up into teams with the task of developing a patent application and business plan for an emerging medical technology. Advised by experts in the field of intellectual property, clinical science, regulatory affairs, my team and I placed first in the Business Plan competition for the development of a electro-magnetically guided catheter system for stem cell delivery after myocardial infarction.
